PURCHASE, CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING, REFUND AND PRIVACY POLICY

By making any payment, registration, deposit, or purchase for a course offered by Eyelashes Usa Academy through our website, PayPal, or any other authorized payment method, the student acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to review these policies before completing the transaction and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions stated below.
Completion of payment constitutes acceptance of these policies, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you do not agree with these terms and policies, please do not complete your purchase.
1. Course Registration and Deposit
Certain courses offered by Eyelashes Usa Academy may require an initial registration payment or deposit of $200 USD in order to reserve the student’s place in the course.
The $200 registration payment is non-refundable in the event of a voluntary cancellation, change of mind, scheduling conflict, inability to attend, or decision by the student not to continue with the course, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
When applicable, the $200 registration payment will be credited toward the total price of the course.
Payment of the registration fee does not automatically guarantee a specific date unless that date has been confirmed by Eyelashes Usa Academy.
2. Thirty-Day Period to Schedule the Course
After making the $200 registration payment, the student will have a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of payment to contact Eyelashes Usa Academy and coordinate or confirm the date of the course.
Course dates are subject to availability.
The student is responsible for contacting Eyelashes Usa Academy within the thirty-day period to schedule the training.
If the student does not contact Eyelashes Usa Academy and does not schedule the course within thirty (30) calendar days, the initial reservation may expire.
Any extension beyond the thirty-day period must be requested by the student and expressly approved by Eyelashes Usa Academy.
A registration or reservation may not remain open indefinitely.
3. Full Course Payments
Students may choose to pay the full price of a course at the time of registration.
Any payment made for the full price of a course is non-refundable in the event of voluntary cancellation by the student, including but not limited to a change of mind, scheduling conflict, inability to attend, personal circumstances, or a decision not to participate, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
This policy applies to both in-person and online courses.
Before completing payment, the student is responsible for reviewing the course selected, course format, price, location, schedule, and any other information provided on the website or communicated by Eyelashes Usa Academy.
4. Student Commitment to Complete the Course
By enrolling in a course, the student understands that they are committing to participate in and complete the training program they have purchased.
Once a course has started, if the student voluntarily chooses to discontinue the course, stop attending, leave the course early, or fail to complete the required training, the student will not be entitled to a full or partial refund of amounts already paid, except where otherwise required by law.
The student’s decision to discontinue or abandon the course does not reduce the originally agreed course price or automatically eliminate any outstanding payment obligation that may legally remain due.
5. Course Rescheduling
Students may request to reschedule a course by providing at least seven (7) calendar days’ notice before the originally scheduled course date.
All rescheduling requests must be communicated directly to Eyelashes Usa Academy through an official communication channel.
Rescheduling is subject to instructor and course availability.
Requests made less than seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled course date may be denied.
In exceptional circumstances, Eyelashes Usa Academy may consider a late rescheduling request at its discretion, subject to applicable law.
Approval of a rescheduling request does not guarantee that the student’s preferred replacement date will be available.
6. No-Shows and Missed Courses
If a student fails to attend a scheduled course and did not properly request a rescheduling at least seven (7) calendar days in advance, the absence may be considered a No-Show.
In the event of a No-Show, payments already made are non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Eyelashes Usa Academy is not required to provide a replacement course date for a No-Show.
If Eyelashes Usa Academy agrees to provide another date, the new course date will be subject to availability and any additional conditions communicated to the student.
7. Late Arrivals
Students are responsible for arriving on time for all scheduled courses, classes, and training sessions.
Late arrival may reduce the amount of instruction, practice, or course material that can be completed during the scheduled training period.
Eyelashes Usa Academy is not required to extend the scheduled course hours because of a student’s late arrival.
Repeated or significant lateness may affect the student’s ability to complete the course requirements or receive a certificate.
8. Online Courses
Online courses offered by Eyelashes Usa Academy may include live classes, recorded lessons, digital materials, downloadable resources, online demonstrations, or a combination of these formats.
Access to online courses is personal and may only be used by the individual student who purchased the course.
Students may not share usernames, passwords, access links, videos, class recordings, manuals, documents, or other course materials with another person.
Once access to online course content has been provided, digital materials have been delivered, or the online training has started, payments are non-refundable for voluntary cancellations, except where otherwise required by law.
The student is responsible for having adequate internet access, a compatible device, and any other technology reasonably necessary to participate in the online course.
Technical problems related solely to the student’s internet connection, device, software, or personal equipment do not automatically create a right to a refund.
9. In-Person Courses
Students participating in in-person courses must follow the schedule, instructions, procedures, safety requirements, sanitation practices, and professional guidelines established by Eyelashes Usa Academy.
The student’s absence from any portion of the course for personal reasons does not create a right to a refund.
If a course includes supplies, tools, products, kits, manuals, or other materials, only the materials specifically identified as included in the course will be provided.
10. Course Materials and Kits
Some courses may include professional products, educational kits, practice materials, manuals, guides, templates, or other resources.
Included materials will vary depending on the course purchased.
Once physical course materials or kits have been provided to the student, they may not be exchanged for cash.
If an included product is defective or a required item is missing, the student should notify Eyelashes Usa Academy within a reasonable period so the matter can be reviewed.
Educational materials are provided for the student’s personal learning and professional development.
11. Intellectual Property
All manuals, guides, videos, photographs, presentations, training materials, designs, course structures, educational resources, written content, demonstrations, and other proprietary materials provided by Eyelashes Usa Academy are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a course does not transfer ownership of these materials to the student.
Students may use the knowledge acquired during the course in their professional activities.
However, students may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, upload, share, modify, teach from, or commercially exploit the original educational materials belonging to Eyelashes Usa Academy without prior written authorization.
Students may not record or reproduce an entire course for the purpose of redistributing or teaching the content to others.
12. Course Transfers
Course registrations and purchases are personal to the student who completed the registration.
A student may not sell, assign, gift, transfer, or otherwise provide their course registration to another individual without prior written approval from Eyelashes Usa Academy.
Any request to transfer a registration will be reviewed individually and is subject to approval and availability.
13. Course Cancellation or Rescheduling by Eyelashes Usa Academy
Eyelashes Usa Academy reserves the right to reschedule a course when reasonably necessary due to circumstances including, but not limited to, instructor illness, emergencies, severe weather, safety concerns, facility issues, events outside the reasonable control of the academy, or other circumstances that prevent the course from being provided as scheduled.
When Eyelashes Usa Academy reschedules a course, the student will be offered an alternative course date without an additional rescheduling fee.
If Eyelashes Usa Academy permanently cancels a course and is unable to provide the purchased training or a reasonable alternative, the student will be entitled to any refund or remedy required under applicable law.
The non-refundable provisions contained in this policy are not intended to eliminate legal rights that may apply when Eyelashes Usa Academy is unable to provide the purchased service.
14. Certificates
When a course includes a certificate, issuance of the certificate may depend on the student’s successful completion of the course requirements.
Requirements may include attendance, participation, practical exercises, assignments, demonstrations, assessments, or completion of the entire training program.
Payment for a course does not automatically guarantee issuance of a certificate when the student has not completed the applicable course requirements.
Certificates issued by Eyelashes Usa Academy confirm participation or completion of the applicable educational program.
Certificates issued by Eyelashes Usa Academy do not automatically constitute a state-issued professional license, government certification, or authorization to perform regulated services.
Each student is responsible for determining and complying with any licensing, permitting, registration, insurance, or professional requirements that may apply in the jurisdiction where they intend to work.
15. Models and Practical Training
Certain in-person courses may require students to practice techniques on live models.
The course description or communication from Eyelashes Usa Academy may indicate whether the academy provides the model or whether the student is responsible for bringing a model.
If the student is responsible for providing a model, the student is responsible for ensuring that the model arrives on time and meets any preparation or eligibility requirements communicated by Eyelashes Usa Academy.
A model may be required to sign a separate consent form before participating in a procedure.
If a model does not appear, arrives late, or cannot safely participate in the procedure, Eyelashes Usa Academy will determine what reasonable alternatives may be available.
16. Safety and Professional Conduct
Students must follow all safety, sanitation, hygiene, professional conduct, and instructional requirements established during training.
Eyelashes Usa Academy reserves the right to stop or prevent a practical procedure when there is a reasonable concern regarding the safety of a student, model, instructor, or other individual.
Students who engage in disruptive, abusive, threatening, unsafe, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate conduct may be asked to leave a class.
Removal from a course because of serious student misconduct does not automatically entitle the student to a refund, subject to applicable law.
17. Course Results and Business Results
Eyelashes Usa Academy provides professional education and training.
However, Eyelashes Usa Academy does not guarantee any specific financial result, employment opportunity, number of clients, level of income, business revenue, social media growth, professional success, or other commercial result after completion of a course.
Student results may vary based on individual ability, practice, experience, effort, location, licensing requirements, market conditions, business decisions, and other factors outside the control of Eyelashes Usa Academy.
18. Payments Through PayPal
Payments made through the website may be processed using PayPal.
PayPal acts as a third-party payment processor.
Using PayPal to complete a payment does not replace or modify the purchase, cancellation, rescheduling, refund, attendance, intellectual property, and course policies of Eyelashes Usa Academy.

Course rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled course date.
By continuing to PayPal and completing your payment, you accept these policies.
